My research and coaching is focussed on understanding how people can bring greater authenticity and integrity in how they lead at the work. Building on my personal and professional identities as a mother, an academic and an HR professional who has lived and worked in multiple countries, I bring a unique blend of global experiences and interdisciplinary perspectives to my work.
