Dr. Gouri Mohan
Leadership Coach | Professor | Diversity & Inclusion Expert
Leadership begins with understanding oneself — and extends to how you show up for others.

My coaching specifically focuses on women and expatriates who aspire to be in leadership roles or are already in leadership positions but are seeking to bring greater authenticity and integrity in how they lead. Building on my personal and professional identities as a mother, an academic and an HR professional who has lived and worked in multiple countries around the world, I bring a unique blend of cross-cultural experiences and perspectives to my coaching. My coaching is based on a fundamental principle that work should serve as a means of authentic self-expression for everyone.

My coaching is ideal for:
-
Leaders who want to bring more integrity and authenticity in how they influence others.
-
Women seeking greater synergy among multiple priorities within and outside work
-
Professionals navigating career transitions
-
Expatriates facing cross-cultural challenges in their work

“Working with Gouri helped me develop a deeper sense of confidence in how I show up as a leader. I found myself making decisions with more clarity and trusting my instincts in ways I hadn’t before.”
Camilla, Paris
"With Gouri I learned to believe more in myself; we worked with my level of stress, I learned how to stay more calm in my busy life, how to be more confident in my own decisions, and how important it is to believe in and follow my intuition. I gained way more confidence, even though I didn't think it was possible, because I actually started the coaching sessions feeling very confident and at a good place in my life, but I learned that there is always room for improvement, especially when it comes to your own life So a huge huge thanks to Gouri for coaching me, and a huge recommendation."

“I learned how to slow down, reflect, and respond rather than react. That has made a real difference in how I handle pressure and responsibility.”
